The 71-year-old father of Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, Khalid\r\n bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al-Saif, &nbsp;passed away on February 18 2024, 8 months\r\n after her wedding with the heir to the throne, Crown Prince Al Hussein of\r\n Jordon. \r\n\r\nKhalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al-Saif was one of\r\n the well-known businessmen in Saudi Arabia because of his immense contribution\r\n to the construction and healthcare industries. After graduating from the\r\n American University of Beirut, the late father of the Jordanian princess\r\n started a company, Al Saif Contracting Engineers Company, which is now the\r\n largest contracting company in Saudi Arabia. \r\n\r\nKhalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al-Saif married Azza\r\n bint Nayef al-Sudairi and had four kids with her. Princess Rajwa is their\r\n youngest daughter. The family has roots in the historical region of Najd,\r\n Sudair that dates back to pre-Islamic times. \r\n\r\nThe Royal Hashemite Court announced of Princess’s father on\r\n social media, saying, “The Royal Hashemite Court expresses its deepest\r\n sympathies and condolences to Their Majesties King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein\r\n and Queen Rania Al Abdullah, Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Al Hussein bin\r\n Abdullah II and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, and Al Saif family in these\r\n difficult times.”\r\n\r\nSimilarly, Prince Al Hussein expressed condolence on\r\n Instagram by posting his picture of hugging his esteemed father-in-law, “With\r\n profound sadness and sorrow, we bid farewell to my beloved father-in-law,” the\r\n royal wrote. “We will always remember his kindness, generosity, and integrity.\r\n May God bestow mercy upon him and grant us patience and strength.”\r\n\r\nThe Hashemite court announced three days of condolence on\r\n the eve of the Princess’s father’s demise. \r\n\r\nThe cause of the death of Khalid bin Musaed is still\r\n unknown.
